Tom Reidy

Tom is a former Research Specialist and part-time master's student developing a recombineering system in M. abscessus. He also characterized M. abscessus prophages and LPSIPs. He likes long walks on the beach with his dog, the potential for phage therapy, and dislikes multi-drug resistant bacteria of all kinds.

He earned his B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Texas in 2018 and his Master’s from the University of Pittsburgh in 2025.
