Casey Moyer

Casey is a research technician that is focused on assembling Mycobacterium abscessus genomes and analyzing phylogenetic relationships between phages and hosts using bioinformatic approaches . She also assists with illumina sequencing runs for SEA-PHAGES. 

She received her Master’s in Bioinformatics from the Juniata College in 2025.
